Word of Clout is operated by Word of Clout LLC. We build the Agent Content Network (ACN), a verified business database designed to be queried by AI agents, alongside GeoProof (agent-readiness auditing) and RipurposeAI (content intelligence). 2. What We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our products, we may collect:

— Business information you submit for ACN listing (name, address, phone, website, services, hours)

— Contact information including email address and phone number

— Domain verification data when claiming a business listing

— Usage data including pages visited and features accessed

— Payment information for subscription services (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Data

— To operate the Agent Content Network and serve verified business data to AI agents

— To verify business ownership and maintain data accuracy

— To generate Trust Scores and Recommendation Performance Scores

— To send transactional communications related to your listing or account

— To process payments for subscription services

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. The Agent Content Network

The ACN is designed to make approved business-facing data queryable by AI agents. After claim, verification, activation, and any required launch/customer gates are approved, the following business-facing data may become publicly accessible via the ACN MCP Server:

— Business name, address, phone number, website, and operating hours

— Business description, services, and citable facts you provide

— Trust Score and verification status

Personal contact information (your email, payment details) is not intended for ACN public exposure. Only approved business-facing data chosen for publication should be made available to AI agents after the appropriate gates are open.

5. Third-Party Services

— Stripe for payment processing

— MongoDB Atlas for data storage

— Vercel for hosting

— SendGrid for email delivery

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

6. Email Communications

When outbound email is approved and sent, it should include an opt-out path where required. You can opt out by using the provided unsubscribe path or replying “stop,” and we will process opt-out requests promptly.

We do not purchase email lists. Candidate/customer outreach is gated and should occur only after appropriate approval, source review, and legal/compliance review where needed.

7. Data Retention

We retain business listing data and account information for as long as your listing is active. You may request removal of your listing and deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@wordofclout.ai.

8. Cookies

Word of Clout uses essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), provenance signing where applicable, API key controls, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and this draft policy is not a security, compliance, or certification claim.

10. Your Rights

— Request a copy of the data we hold about you or your business

— Request correction of inaccurate data

— Request deletion of your data and removal of your ACN listing

— Opt out of email communications at any time

11. Changes to This Policy
